High Power Committee has vacated the interim order after receipt of
the report dated 18-12-2009 from Additional Collector
(Enc/Removal), having observed that no irregularities are seen in the
Annexure-II, we are vacating the stay granted by the Committee on 16-10-2009. This was after the receipt of the report dated 18-12-2009 of the Additional Collector (Enc/Removal). The order impugned itself records that as regards other allegations in the complaint, the advocate for the appellant prays time to submit documentary evidence before the Committee on the next date of hearing and the appeal came to be adjourned.
