. The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal
sent by the management on seeking approval to the
appointment of the petitioners has not been decided one

way or other. Learned A.G.P.states that if any proposal is pending regarding the approval to the appointment of the concerned teachers, respondent no.2, Education Officer (Secondary), will take decision within four months from
today. Whatever may be the decision it shall be
communicated to the petitioners. Respondent no.2 to
take appropriate steps on the proposal of the
petitioners within four months from today. This
direction is given provided in the past respondent no.2

has not taken any decision regarding the proposal sent by
the management. On merits of the issues raised in the
petition we have not expressed any view .
Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to
costs.
