relating to the refixation of the pension of the
petitioner in view of implementation of the
recommendations of 5th Pay Commission as also for
refixation of the pay and consequent payment of
arrears, if any, would be submitted to the
appropriate authority as expeditiously as possible
and in any case, within a period of three weeks from
today. The statement is accepted. In view of this
statement, petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
