By this petition the petitioner seeks premature release on the ground that he has completed fourteen years of actual imprisonment. Reply filed on behalf of the respondents discloses that the petitioner has already been released from Morshi Open Prison on 08.04.2010.
In view of above, the cause of action no more survives. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
