The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that petitioner Nos. 1 to 5, 8,9 and 11 are eligible for allotment of permanent accommodation and as their names are in Annexure- 2, they will be granted transit accommodation or rent in lieu of transit accommodation. As far as petitioner No.7 is concerned, since she is wife of respondent No.8, she will also shift to the transit accommodation to be allotted to petitioner No.8 and that the learned counsel for the petitioners agrees that petitioner No.7 will shift to transit accommodation to be allotted to petitioner No.8.
