parties.
- Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that they are not being permitted to advertise the post. Under these circumstances, he submits that the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered at this stage. He further submits that as and when the process of appointment would be initiated, the claim of the petitioner on the basis of the order dated 29.8.2006 made by respondent no.1 would be considered. In view of this, no orders can be passed.
