Following the order passed in Writ Petition No.1641 of 2010 (Ujjwal Gondwana Mahila Mandal Vs. Union of India and others), we proceed to pass the following order :

Respondents No.3 and 4 shall consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner for grant of recognition, on merits, in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. While passing this order, we shall not be understood to have examined the merits of the case.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
