Heard Mr. M.K.Pathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.A.Mirza, learned APP for the respondent.
By this petition, the petitioner seeks registration of crime against the accused. Reply filed on behalf of respondent no.1 discloses that investigation has been carried out by respondent no.1 and 'B Summary' has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagpur.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition stands dismissed. Needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as may be available to him.
