Mr Saraogi, learned counsel for the petitioner does
not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the
petitioner to make complaint against respondent Nos. 3
to 5 to the Commissioner of Police. He further submits
that the Commissioner of Police may be directed to deal
with the complaint in accordance with law. Petition is
disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If
the petitioner files complaint as aforestated, the
concerned authority may deal with it in accordance with
law. Disposal of this writ petition shall not preclude

the concerned authorities from carrying out further
investigation, if any, in respect of violation of the
provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
