The learned counsel for respondent No.2 Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad has placed on record statement indicating the number of seats reserved for disabled candidates at 7 places of Indian Institutes of Management including Ahmedabad which is represented by the learned counsel and also the number of candidates short-listed and called for group discussion/personal interview. It appears from the said statement that for total 71 seats in the disabled category, in all 85 candidates were shortlisted and were called for group discussion/personal interview. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that all the twelve seats reserved for disable category are filled in for the current academic course 2010-2012.
