Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 was present and the matter was adjourned to 2nd July, 2010. Today also, learned counsel for the Applicant is not present. However, having regard to the fact that the application is for condonation of delay of only 8 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal, we have taken up this application for hearing.
