December, 2008. The grievance of the counsel is that matter is not appearing on the board, which pertains to the implementation of 5th Pay Commission Recommendations. Now the State Government has implemented 6th Pay Commission. In the light of that, place the matter on final hearing Board.
2 Motion stands disposed off accordingly.
