Petitioners had approached this court seeking reliefs against Respondent No. 1 in respect of some insurance claims. On behalf of Respondent No. 1, the learned counsel Mr. Nangare makes a statement that Respondent No. 1 is accepting the claim of the Petitioner in the sum of RS. 7 lacs without interest and will make the payment within four weeks from today. Statement made on behalf of Respondent No. 1 accepted. In the light of that nothing further survives in this petition which is accordingly disposed of.
