This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in Spl. Civil suit No. 59/1997/A. The suit was valued in the sum of Rs. 8,21,746/-. In view of provisions of Section 20A of the Goa Civil Courts Act as amended upto date, the appeal therefore stands transferred to the District Court, North Goa, Panaji.
