This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in Spl. Civil suit No. 248/98/SR./I. The suit was valued in the sum of Rs. 1,00,200. In view of provisions of Section 20A of the Goa Civil Courts Act as amended upto date, the appeal therefore stands transferred to the District Court, North Goa, Panaji.
