para 3 of the Minutes of Order dated 7th August, 1988, on the basis of which the Writ Petition No. 6141 of 1997 was disposed of. Respondent
National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd. was Respondent No.3 in that Writ Petition but Respondent no.3 was not a

party to the said Minutes of Order. Later on, Respondent no.3 also filed Special Leave Petition and Leave to Appeal has been granted by the Supreme Court. The Appeal against the said Minutes of Order is still pending before the Supreme Court. In view of this, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to take appropriate action, if need be, after disposal of the Appeal by the Supreme Court.
2 Therefore, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
