He further confirms that the Respondent Company has issued a letter to the Petitioner relieving him from the employment of the Respondent Company. He submits that the Petitioner is, therefore, desirous of withdrawing the Company Petition. The Petitioner as well as the representative of the Respondent Company are present in Court. 2. The Company Petition is accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
