2 In our opinion, present application needs to be allowed, for the reason that applicant was allegedly appointed by respondent nos. 5 and 6 for some time and approval was also granted for some years. We are inclined to allow this Civil Application and we are also inclined to grant permission to present applicant to file affidavit in reply, if he so desires.

3 Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of. Respondent no.1 (original petitioner) is directed to join present applicant as party respondent to the Writ Petition. Such addition to be carried out within one week. We grant time and liberty in favour of added respondent to file affidavit in reply, if he desires to do so, thereafter after one week.
