1.These are applications for
condonation of delay of 133 days in
filing the first appeals by the
Maharashtra State Electricity Board
through its Executive Engineer. Adv.
Shri S.S. Choudhari for the applicant
states that after copies were received
the matters were referred to the Head
Office. The Head Office advised to file
appeal. Thereafter, some time was spent
in arranging Court fees. Considering
the reasons given in the applications,
the delay deserves to be condoned.
Hence, the applications are allowed;
delay condoned. The first appeals be
registered.
