It is stated in the application that the advocate and the applicant were not present when the land acquisition reference was decided and, after knowledge, necessary steps were taken. It i also stated in the application that the applicant is a poor person and he has no sufficient money to file appeal. He has raised money to meet expenditure by

taking loan from his friends. Considering the reasons given in the application, delay deserves to be condoned. Delay stands condoned. Application stands disposed of. Civil Revision Application be registered.
