at length. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory
bail. However, at the stage of passing of the
order, the Advocate for the applicant states that
his client would like to surrender and apply for
regular bail. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw
the application. Application is therefore,
dismissed as withdrawn. Advocate for the applicant
states that the applicant will surrender within one
week from today. The applicant may not be arrested
for a period of one week from today.
