ORDER
The applicant be released on bail on his executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the conditions that the applicant shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses, shall not interfere with the prosecution evidence and shall report to the concerned police station once a fortnight on 1st or 2nd and 15th or 16th of every British calendar month. In the event of breach of any of the conditions, the bail shall be liable to be cancelled forthwith.
