3) This is an application preferred by the
applicant for condonation of delay of 19
days caused in filing the accompanying
criminalappeal,challengingthe
conviction and sentence inflicted upon
the appellant by judgment and order
dated 15.5.2010, rendered by Additional
Sessions Judge-II, Beed in Sessions
Trial Case No.97/2009.

4) For the reasons stated in the present
applicant, it appears that the applicant
has explained the delay satisfactorily.
Moreover, it also appears that the said

delay is not willful, deliberate and
intentional and certainly it is not
inordinate and, therefore, same deserves
to be condoned in the interest o
justice.

5) In the result, present application
allowed in terms of prayer clause (B)
thereof and delay of 19 days, caused in
filing the accompanying criminal appeal,
stands condoned and present application
is disposed of accordingly.
