4. Mother-in-law and the grandmother-in-
law, who are alleged to have set the deceased on fire, have been granted bail by the Sessions Court. The applicant, to whom no role is assigned, therefore is entitled to bail. Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER
The applicant be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to a condition that the applicant shall report to the concerned police station once a month between 1st and 5th day of every British calendar month.
