3 In my view, however, taking into consideration the fact the appeals are pending since 2008 and these appeals are arising out of the orders passed by the learned Magistrate in the complaints filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, it is necessary that these matters should be disposed of expeditiously.
4 Applications therefore are allowed and the appeals are fixed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 26th July, 2010.
