2)This petition was filed by wife of
Manojkumar Balmukund Agrawal for issuance of writ
of habeas corpus, for search of the person
concerned.
3)The Inspector Investigation Police
Station Nabi Karim Delhi is present in Court
along with Manojkumar Balmukund Agrawal. The
petitioner Sow. Reshma Manoj Agrawal is also
present, who has identified the person brought by
the Inspector Investigation Police Station Nabi
Karim Delhi as her husband namely Manojkumar
Balmukund Agrawal.
4)In the status report the police have
referred to a case registered vide FIR No.
70.2009. At this stage we may not advert to the
merits of the allegations made by the petitioner
against respondent No.5.
5)As the husband of the petitioner is
produced before Court by Delhi police, purpose of

filing of this petition is served. The status
report is taken on record and marked as “X”.
6) The Inspector Investigation Police
Station Nabi Karim Delhi shall release
Manojkumar Balmukund Agrawal in favour of Mrs.
Reshma Manoj Agrawal by obtaining appropriate
note from her. We recall the notice issued to
respondent Nos.4 and 5. We appreciate the
efforts put up by the Inspector Investigation
Police Station Nabi Karim Delhi in promptly
complying with the directions issued by this
Court.
