and has already been in jail for 14 years. By this Writ Petition, he sought an early release. The Government has considered his application, and passed an order on 6th August, 2009. According to this order, the petitioner has to serve 22 years of imprisonment

with remission. A copy of this order has been furnished by the learned Additional Public prosecutor.
