the cattle shed. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has constructed this cattle shed after seeking due permission of the respondents and the cattle shed is in existence since long.

Thus, the petitioners have replied to these show cause notices which are subject matter of this petition. However, the respondent authority has not taken any decision.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the authority to decide this issue after giving him an opportunity of hearing.

In view of this, we direct the respondent to take decision in the matter after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner. The respondent to take decision within 3 months from the date of communication of this matter. In the meantime, parties to maintain status quo. The petitioner to communicate this order to the respondents. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
