The learned counsel appearing for the other side submits that respondent No. 1 has already been transferred, and the Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they are ready to transfer the investigations to local Crime Branch, Thane Rural.

In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of, with a direction that the investigations of F.I.Rs. No. 67 of 2006, 74 of 2006 and 7 of 2008 be transferred from Police Station Bhayander to Crime Branch, Thane Rural. We are making it clear that we have not gone into the allegations levelled against respondent No. 1, since he has already been transferred, and, therefore, there is no occasion to go into such allegations, which the petitioner has also not pressed.
