came to be dismissed as being not pressed on 29.2.2008. We have heard
the learned counsel for the applicant and have gone through the record.
The applicant has been convicted mainly on the basis of dying

declaration. Therefore, we do not find this is a case in which bail can be
granted at this stage. In view thereof application is dismissed and disposed of.
