This petition is in the nature of a public interest litigation. In order to test the bona fides of the petitioner, we direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court within four weeks from today. Upon such deposit the matter be listed before the Court for admission. It is needless to state that in the event the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid amount, this writ petition would stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
