This is a petition filed by the petitioner who apprehend their eviction from the premises which is occupied by them since long. According to the petitioners some of the other occupants have been provided alternate accommodation which facility has not been provided to the petitioners. According to us, the petitioners have available an alternate and efficacious remedy to which the petitioners may resort to, if advised. We accordingly dismiss this petition with liberty to avail the same as available to them in law.
