Shelke, the learned counsel for the petitioner states on instruction that pursuant to the order, the Collector, i.e respondent No.2 had decided the representation submitted by the petitioner. Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for the petitioner therefore states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding for challenging the order passed by the Collector in respect of representation submitted by the petitioner. In the light of that, therefore, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the copy of the order of the Collector is being provided to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
