1. An appeal has been filed before the
Revisional Authority namely the Hon’ble Minister for
Co-operation. That appeal has been pending since
24.7.2007. Although it is filed as an appeal, it is
in effect a Revision Application under Section 154.
The Respondents do not deny that the application would
be maintainable. It is contended that a misc.
application was filed seeking interim reliefs. This
application was filed on 8.10.2008. This misc.
application has not even been served on the concerned
Respondents as yet. I have no reason of doubt that if
the misc. application is persued properly, the
Hon’ble Minister will consider and decide the same

expeditiously.
2. In the above circumstances, I do not consider
it appropriate to interfere with the matter at this
stage. Mr.Mishra, the learned counsel appearing on
behalf of Respondent No.3 states that Respondent No.3
and its members will not act on the basis of the
impugned orders by exploiting the property or any
development rights flowing therefrom.
3. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
