acquired. The case tried to be made out now, it seems,
was made out by the petitioner then and negatived by the
concerned authority. This is an attempt to set the
clock back by filing such Petition with the aid of some
Government officials who are trying to support the
petitioner.
2.We refrain ourselves from entertaining the
Writ Petition and it is, accordingly, rejected.
