The grievance of the petitioner is that although it is acknowledged by the respondents that money is due to it and even cheques have been issued to it, but the petitioner has not been able to encash the cheques. Since the liability of the respondents was admitted by the learned Government Pleader, we had adjourned the case from time to time only to see whether the payments shall be made or not. The payment has still not been made although it has been admitted by the respondents that the money is due to the petitioner.
