After some hearing, it is pointed out to us by Smt. Joshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader that as per a copy of order available in her file, the Hon’ble Chief Justice has on 5.12.2003 directed Writ Petition No.1846 of 1993 pending before the Aurangabad Bench to be transferred to Nagpur Bench for hearing along with present writ petition.
We have perused the xerox copy of certified copy shown to us by the learned AGP.
The office to find out whether after 5th December 2003, any such matter has been received

on transfer from Aurangabad Bench and list the same for hearing along with the present writ petition.
