Appellants have filed Pursis and along with it a written apology. The appellants are present before the court along with their counsel and the key of the premises in dispute has been handed over by them to the learned counsel for the respondents.
Without prejudice to the rights of the respondents to recover the arrears etc., the learned counsel for respondents has received the keys.
In view of the Pursis filed and apology tendered, we permit the appellants to withdraw the L.P.A. and in view of the said apology, we recall the notice for contempt.
