1. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of the
respondent no.2 as a Reader in Hindi in the 1st
respondent-University. It appears that the petition has
been dismissed as against the respondent no.2 vide order
of the Court dated 3.7.2003. The matter cannot be
proceeded against in the absence of the respondent no.2.
No application for restoration of the matter has been made
in respect of the said respondent. The petition is liable
to be dismissed. The respondent no.2 is said to be
working in the University for the past seven years from
22.3.2003.
