1 The grievance of the petitioner is that its representation dated 11th January, 2008 is pending with the 2nd respondent. It is prayed by the petitioner that a suitable direction be given to the 2nd respondent to dispose it of within a timeframe after hearing the petitioner. We have also heard learned AGP. In the circumstances of the case in our opinion the following order would meet the ends of justice.
2 The 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 11th January, 2008, which is pending with him within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order by him after hearing the petitioner. The result may be communicated to the petitioner
within a period of 2 weeks from the date of passing of the order. We make it it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
