1.On a motion made by the learned
Counsel appearing for the Petitioners,
petition permitted to be withdrawn.
2. All contentions available to both
sides are kept open. In case the order
adverse to the interest of the Petitioners is

passed in the proceedings by the Estate
officer, that order shall not be executed for
a period of six weeks from the date of
communication of that order subject to the
conditions that within a period of four weeks
from today the Petitioner No.1 shall file an
undertaking in this court undertaking therein
that in case the order adverse to their
interst is passed by the Estate Officer and
if they are not able to secure any suitable
orders preventing execution of that order at
the end of the period of six weeks, as
aforesaid, they will hand over vacant and
peaceful possession of the premises to the
person who is entitled to it by the order of
the Estate Officer.
