1.Rule. By consent of the parties, rule made returnable

2.Heard learned Advocates for the Petitioners and

Respondent No.1.

3.Respondent No.1 shall allow the Petitioners to file
documents and will also give hearing to the Petitioners
in response to the notice issued under section 55 of the
Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, dated 14th
December, 2002. The Petitioners shall attend the hearing
when fixed by the Respondent No.1 and not apply for time

on any ground whatsoever.

4.The Petitioners shall file their say alongwith
documents, if any with the Respondent No.1 within a period
of two weeks from today. Respondent No.1 shall within
three weeks thereafter give hearing to the Petitioners
and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks
thereafter.

5.In the meantime, and for a period of two weeks after
the decision of Respondent No.1, in the event of the order
being adverse to the Petitioner,Respondent No.1 shall
maintain status quo in respect of the suit structure.

6.Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
