3.The limited grievances made in this Petition is that

even though statutory appeal has been filed by the
Petitioner, which is still pending before the Appellate
Authority, no interim order has been passed by the
Appellate Authority, whereas protection available to the
Petitioner given by the First Authority will expire on 30th
July, 2009.

3.In the circumstances, learned AGP stated across the

bar that the appeal will be decided within four weeks from srj/-

today by the Appellate Authority. That assurance is

¶21

accepted. If it is so, till the appeal is decided, the
interim protection accorded to the Petitioner shall

¶22

continue. That protection will continue for a further
period of two weeks from the date of proposed order to be
passed by the Appellate Authority, is served on the
Petitioner to enable the Petitioner to take up the matter
before appropriate forum, if the decision of the Appellate
Authority is adverse to the Petitioner.

4. This Petition is disposed off in the above terms.
