1]The remedy of the petitioner is to pursue
the matter before the Collector. It is for the
petitioner to supply all details about the property
of the Company, the location of the property so that
the dues can be recovered. Without supplying those
details to the Collector, the petitioner could not
have approached this Court. Petition is rejected
with no order as to costs. Notice of motion No.30
of 2009 is disposed off.
