operating since 13.2.2009, we direct that the interim order to continue for a period of fifteen days to enable the petitioner to obtain necessary orders from the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal.

The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal to decide the plea for interim relief, if any made by the petitioner, uninfluenced by the fact that

this Court had granted ad-interim relief in favour of the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
