The Petitioner had served a notice through his lawyer dated 23rd December, 2008 to the Respondents, however, he did not get any response thereto from the Respondents and apprehending that the Respondents will not take any action, the present Petition has been filed.

Corporation to examine the grievance made by the petitioner in the present Petition with regard to unauthorised construction and demolition thereof and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order within a period of four week from today. The Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
