. Mr. Desai, appearing for the Caveatrix states that he has removed all Office Objections and there is no reason for the Court to dismiss the caveat dated 29th March 2006. Even affidavit in support of the Caveatrix has been filed. 2. From a perusal of the affidavit in support, it is apparent to me that the Petitioners are applying for dismissal of the Caveat on the ground that the Office Objections are not removed by the Caveator’s Advocate. 3. In my view, if there are any Office Objections as pointed out in the affidavit in support, the Caveatrix can be directed to remove the same within a specified time.
