3. All	parties are	agreed th	at the Flat be	aring N	o.8,
Apna Ghar,	2nd	Floor,	Colaba,	Mumb	ai -	400	005	be	sold.
Accordingly, M	r.	B.M.	Gore,	Off	icer	of this		Court	is
being appointed	by	an	order	of	this	Cour	t	to	invite
bids/offers fr	om	intere	sted par	ties	by	issuing	a		public
notice in two	leading	New	spapers.		He	should	take	steps	as

are necessary for completing the sale and conclude the

process by 31st March 2009.

Needless to state that costs of advertisement would

be	born	by	parties	in equal	proportio	ns.	Mr.	B.M.	Gore
to	retain	the	sale	proceeds	with	him	until	further	order
of	the	Court	.	All parties	to	co-op	erate	with the	officer
in	concludin	g	the	sale as	directed	by	the	Court.	The

Notice of Motion is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
