Heard Shri Bajaj, learned counsel for the appellant. The impugned order rejects the application for discovery of documents moved by the respondent in proceedings before the Family Court. That order has been maintained by the learned Single Judge and thereafter present LPA has been filed. The proceedings before the Family Court are still going on.
We do not find any error or illegality in the view taken by the learned Single Judge. LPA is dismissed.
