proceedings pending before him directed
production of certain documents. The order has
been maintained by learned Single Judge.
3.We have heard learned Adv. Mr. Gilda
for the appellants, and we find that his
contention that order impugned does not disclose
any reasons, or then examination into relevancy,
or otherwise, of the documents, need not be

considered at this stage. The appellants can
challenge that order after final adjudication,
if need there for arises.
4.In the circumstances, we do not find
any merit in the Letters Patent Appeal. Letters
Patent Appeal is dismissed.
